Autopsy results show Maria Salazar had a cardiac arrhythmia after being constrained in an inner tube on the water ride, said Shirl Walker, a spokeswoman with the Office of the Medical Examiner in Baltimore. The autopsy also showed obesity and fatty liver were contributing factors to her death, Walker said. Her death has been ruled accidental. Salazar was on The Shark Attack shortly after 6 p.m. July 4 when she was found unconscious floating in a pool at the base of the slide. Officials at the Prince George's Coun
