Article Last Updated: Tuesday, July 26, 2005 - 12:06:04 PM EST 7/27/2005 - - - - - Autopsy shows cause of G'burg woman's death By SHARI SANGER Evening Sun Reporter An irregular heartbeat led to the death of a 29-year-old Gettysburg woman earlier this month on a water ride at Six Flags America in Maryland, authorities said Monday. Autopsy results show Maria Salazar had a cardiac arrhythmia after being constrained in an inner tube on the water ride, said Shirl Walker, a spokeswoman with the Office of the Medical Examiner in Baltimore. The autopsy also showed obesity and fatty liver were contributing factors to her death, Walker said. Her death has been ruled accidental.
